What you will do
- Provide regional facilities electrical engineering support to OHT and ATMC Central Plant/Fab operations.
- Perform electrical studies and engineering activities for projects and power distribution infrastructure.
- Prepare project designs, specifications, and cost estimates in compliance with applicable regulations and electrical codes.
- Support Manufacturing, EHS, and Central Plant Operations and Maintenance personnel.
- Evaluate bids, submittals, and contractor- and manufacturer-provided information.
- Assess infrastructure capacity, reliability, and safety for replacements and expansions; support maintenance programs, energy reduction projects, and facility performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must return to school or graduate at the conclusion of the summer internship.
- Applicants graduating before July 2027 should apply for entry-level full-time roles instead.
- Must be able to work at the Austin, United States office.
