What you will do
- Develop and maintain the Engineering Change Order process and coordinate engineering changes.
- Maintain product and parts material master data across ERP systems in collaboration with Production, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Support.
- Structure and set up BOMs for New Product Introduction, release and maintain documents and drawings, and support parts setup and release.
- Support product lifecycle discipline, manufacturing deliverables, CPL release, and product obsolescence activities.
- Optimize Product Data Management processes for ISO9000 and ISO13485 compliance.
- Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, ECO turnaround time, first-pass rate, and problem prevention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is beneficial.
- 1–3 years of engineering data management experience, including engineering change management in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, BOM structures, configuration management, and change management methodologies.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile and SAP ECC, plus proficiency with PLM and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese is required.
Nice to have
- Programming, VBA, SAP scripting, Power Automate, RPA, or Python skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards.
