Casino Coordinator (iGaming)

Location: Remote within the EU. Employment contract available if based in Bulgaria, Hungary, or Malta.

What you will do

• Support game release planning by preparing images, configurations, weights, and bonus contribution settings.
• Maintain casino lobbies across multiple brands, including rankings, categories, new game boards, thumbnails, and disabled-game removal.
• Perform daily operational checks covering big winners, replay requests, opposite betting, free spins usage, and escalations.
• Monitor player fraud alerts, request additional information from providers, and handle first-line escalations.
• Analyze player behaviour and performance trends with Data and Google Analytics teams and contribute to BI dashboards.
• Prepare operational and competitor reports and collaborate with CRM, Tech, Brand Operations, BI, and Casino Operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry, focused on online casino operations.
• Previous experience managing game lobbies, casino promotions, and relationships with third-party providers.
• In-depth knowledge of casino games, game providers, market trends, and the competitor landscape.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with iGaming regulatory and compliance requirements.
