JIRA/Confluence Administrator

Location: Minsk; on-site at the employer's premises

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain JIRA and Confluence environments.
• Develop custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and automated processes.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize workflows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement effective Atlassian solutions.
• Manage data integrity, access control, security, licenses, and add-ons including Insight and BigPicture.
• Support agile teams with project tracking, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of professional experience as a senior JIRA/Confluence administrator.
• Deep experience with Atlassian administration, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations with third-party tools.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project tracking.
• English at B2 level and German at B2 level.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Groovy, ScriptRunner, Structures, Automation for Jira, and other Atlassian add-ons.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages.
• Experience with AI tools and frameworks and their practical implementation.
• Experience with Jira Cloud migrations or large-scale instance migrations.
