Team Lead, Clinical Services

Location: Columbia, Missouri, United States; onsite at 105 Keene Street

What you will do

• Manage daily clinical operations, workflow, staffing, and utilization of clinical lanes.
• Prepare provider scheduling templates and promote efficient patient flow.
• Coordinate clinical equipment maintenance and supply purchasing.
• Support physicians and clinicians with patient examinations, procedures, and other care duties.
• Evaluate technician skills and develop clinical education and training programs.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and support compliance with organizational standards and procedures.

Requirements

• LPN certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• At least 5 years of diverse clinical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with staff selection, training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong planning, delegation, supervisory, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn practice management systems and EMR within 4 weeks.
