VIP Account Manager (iGaming): Managing and growing relationships with high-value players through personalized communication, VIP support, bonus offers, and retention activities with an accent on player loyalty, reactivation, and activity analysis. Focus on handling VIP requests, identifying risky behavior, coordinating with support and compliance teams, and following Responsible Gaming guidelines.

What you will do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP players and build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Provide personalized communication and support through LiveChat, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Reactivate and retain active and dormant VIP players using approved bonuses and reload promotions.
- Analyze deposits, bets, wins and losses, frequency, and average bet size.
- Handle major wins and losses professionally while identifying signs of risky or problematic behavior.
- Collaborate with support, loyalty, anti-fraud, and payments teams and escalate cases when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager, VIP Support Specialist, or Customer Retention Specialist in iGaming, betting, or crypto.
- Experience communicating one-on-one with VIP clients and handling objections and retention cases.
- Understanding of bonus mechanics and key metrics including Deposit, GGR, LTV, Retention, and Hold.
- Proficiency with Telegram, WhatsApp, LiveChat, and CRM systems.
- English at B2+ level and fluent Ukrainian are required.
- Availability for a 5-days-on, 2-days-off schedule with rotating days off and shifts of 15:00–00:00, 11:00–20:00, or 08:00–17:00.
