Associate Producer - Local Media Game Production

Location: Secaucus, United States. Hybrid arrangement with remote work available one day per week; evening, weekend, holiday, and extended-hour work may be required.

Salary: $31.65 per hour

What you will do

• Produce, curate, package, and distribute content for hirify.global live broadcasts and related programming.
• Manage video, audio, graphics, music, and other production assets for local media game productions.
• Perform quality control on broadcast materials and sponsored graphic elements.
• Coordinate music requests, licensing, clearances, cue sheets, reporting, and music budgets.
• Collaborate with content, graphics, advertising sales, traffic, and game production teams to meet production schedules.
• Support pre-production and live game execution with timely content and asset delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism, Television Production, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience managing digital media assets, broadcast content, or production materials in a live production environment.
• Experience supporting content management and production operations in a cross-functional environment.
• Adobe editing proficiency and advanced content editing skills.
• Knowledge of hirify.global teams, players, storylines, historical context, music workflows, and digital and social media trends.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage concurrent deliverables, and maintain editorial, technical, operational, and hirify.global brand standards.
