Salary: $4,500 monthly

hirify.global administers fire department assistance programs and supports rural volunteer fire departments with equipment and operational resources.

What you will do

  • Administer the Helping Hands Program, including donated equipment intake, inventory, distribution, and disposal.
  • Coordinate equipment transfers with field staff and serve volunteer fire departments and donors in the assigned area.
  • Manage warehouse operations, stock levels, vehicle title processing, SCBA testing coordination, and supply purchases.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, process purchases and travel transactions, and manage agency credit cards.
  • Support Fleet Acquisition and Disposal operations, including surplus intake, property transfer records, and auction preparation.
  • Supervise one seasonal employee and assist with other agency programs and emergency response.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least two years of experience in program operations, program delivery, or a related area.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid Texas driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
  • Applicants must complete a criminal history investigation and credential verification.

Nice to have

  • Experience in business management, project management, supply chain, or warehouse management.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with fire service operations and fire department assistance programs.
