Analyst (Portland - August 2027 Start)

Location: Portland, Oregon; on-site, in-office position. Start date: August 9, 2027. Visa sponsorship is not available, including for candidates who may require employment visa sponsorship in the future.

What you will do

• Prepare financial planning, investment, and wealth management analyses and client deliverables.
• Support portfolio reviews, investment research, tax planning, equity compensation, retirement planning, and wealth transfer analysis.
• Prepare client meeting agendas, recommendations, deliverables, and action-item documentation in Salesforce.
• Support account servicing, trades, wire transfers, journals, tax coordination, and other time-sensitive client requests.
• Maintain accurate client and portfolio records and coordinate priorities across advisory, Tax, Investments, Estate Planning, custodial, and internal teams.
• Complete structured training, coaching, job shadowing, and progressively challenging client-related assignments through the Analyst Training Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Academic success and internship or work experience are preferred.
• Series 65 or equivalent, or the ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire.
• Strong interest in pursuing the Certified Financial Planner credential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Must be able to work on-site in Portland and must not require employment visa sponsorship.

• Internship or other work-related experience.
• Background in financial planning, finance, accounting, business, or economics.
