Senior AI Data Quality Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in Singapore (On-site)

Salary: USD 150,000 – 250,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the data quality team in building systems to evaluate tasks across RL environments, synthetic data, and benchmarks.
• Define data quality strategy by designing QC systems, enforcing standards, and creating experiments to grade agent outputs.
• Develop methods for validating synthetic data at scale, including failure-mode analysis and trajectory auditing.
• Partner with research engineers and domain experts to diagnose quality issues and improve data generation workflows.
• Translate research insights into production systems, including internal tools, dashboards, and validation pipelines.
• Mentor research engineers to maintain high standards for technical rigor and execution speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in research or data quality engineering for AI/ML.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Docker, and Linux.
• Background as an ML researcher or engineer specializing in quality and evaluation of training data at scale.
• Experience designing metrics, experiments, and QA/QC processes.
• Strong written communication skills for explaining methodology to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be available to work on-site in the Singapore office.
• Visa sponsorship is available.
