Clinical Operations Lead (Oncology)

What you will do

• Support the operational execution of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, with a focus on oncology.
• Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents, study manuals, laboratory plans, biomarker plans, and informed consent templates.
• Support investigative-site feasibility, evaluation, communication, and relationship management.
• Assist with study timelines, recruitment strategies, patient-retention plans, priorities, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate investigator and coordinator meetings and act as an initial liaison for study sites.
• Manage CROs and other vendors involved in monitoring, sample management, IVRS, and laboratory activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or relevant clinical research.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical project management.
• Professional experience and knowledge in oncology clinical research.
• Bachelor’s or other relevant degree with a strong emphasis on science.
• Experience supporting multinational or global clinical trials, vendor management, and ICH Good Clinical Practice requirements.
