What you will do
- Define and execute the fleet category strategy for Brazil and Latin America in alignment with global procurement leadership.
- Lead market intelligence, RFx processes, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationship management across fleet-related categories.
- Manage end-to-end fleet operations, including vehicle onboarding, allocation, maintenance, breakdowns, accidents, roadside assistance, and fuel management.
- Coordinate driver and user support while working with HR, HSE, and Finance on policy adherence, fleet safety, and risk monitoring.
- Control fleet budgets, total cost of ownership, cost per kilometer, invoices, audits, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Drive fleet-system and data integration, maintain master data and reports, review policies, and develop sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Solid experience in strategic procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing, including complex negotiations and supplier performance management.
- Hands-on experience with corporate fleet management and fleet category strategy.
- Knowledge of leasing and rental models, fleet lifecycle, maintenance, fuel management, claims, telematics, policies, and total cost of ownership.
- Experience with budgets, invoice reconciliation, purchasing and payment workflows, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making in regional or multinational environments.
- Advanced or fluent English and Spanish, with native or fluent Portuguese proficiency.
