TL;DR
TPM Framework & Strategy Specialist (Third-Party Risk Management): Standardizing and optimizing regional third-party risk management processes, controls, and compliance activities with an accent on supplier due diligence, risk mitigation, and cross-functional governance. Focus on monitoring the TPM lifecycle, maintaining dashboards and KPIs, supporting audit readiness, and improving process automation and efficiency.

What you will do
- Monitor the third-party management lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, issue management, status changes, mitigation, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and regional teams to align processes and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate TPM process execution by maintaining documentation, controls, stakeholder engagement, escalation paths, and regional/global alignment.
- Support supplier risk reviews, mitigation plans, governance, audit readiness, and regulatory response activities.
- Track process completion, analyze metrics and trends, maintain Framework dashboards and KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare guidance, reports, dashboards, process documentation, and implementation materials for TPM rollout and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, finance, technology, accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, or a related function.
- Experience with supplier onboarding, monitoring, offboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes.
- Experience collaborating with procurement, risk, compliance, quality, finance, legal, IT, or other enterprise functions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, process-oriented, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to translate complex risk, process, and technology information into practical guidance and actionable recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience with TPM intake, inherent risk questionnaires, due diligence questionnaires, issue management, and monitoring processes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow TPRM, GRC platforms, CLM, ERP/R2P, supplier master data, Power BI, workflow tools, or external risk intelligence solutions.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements management, testing, release readiness, continuous improvement, and change adoption.
