Quality Lead I (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; regular and predictable on-site attendance required

What you will do

• Ensure smooth label room and chain-of-custody activities, including issuing production materials and routing samples to laboratories.
• Perform process monitoring, labeling control, reinspection monitoring, and reserved-sample collection.
• Provide quality oversight of manufacturing processes, including data integrity compliance.
• Support quality investigations and resolution of quality issues, escalating matters to the Supervisor when required.
• Provide routine work direction and training to Quality Operations Associates.
• Support recertification of business-unit preventive-maintenance inspectors.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work regular on-site shifts in Irvine, California.
• Availability for a nonstandard schedule as needed.
• Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, with alternating Wednesdays, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; 3/4 × 12-hour shifts.
• Working knowledge of the relevant technical field and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
