Manager, Supervision - Trade Review

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Trade Review associates through performance management, mentoring, training, and career development.
• Review trade and account activity and support timely, accurate, risk-based decisions on supervisory matters.
• Partner with Financial Advisors, branch leadership, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve concerns.
• Set team priorities, monitor workloads, and maintain service, quality, and risk management standards.
• Provide guidance on securities regulations, supervisory responsibilities, firm policies, and procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and emerging risks, then improve supervisory controls, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least six years of experience in supervision and/or the financial services industry, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Required licenses for the assigned functional area: Series 7, 9/10 or 24/53/4, and 63 or 66.
• Strong leadership, coaching, judgment, analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply regulatory requirements to complex situations while considering business needs and client impact.
• Ability to influence decisions and build productive relationships across business units.

Nice to have

• Additional licenses or certifications demonstrating knowledge of industry regulations and concepts.
