Recruitment Partner

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 per year plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Bulgaria and additional EMEA locations, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and onboarding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for sales, research, technology, and operations functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Improve AI-enabled, data-driven recruitment processes and technology.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners as a talent advisor.
• Bring market intelligence, benchmarking, and innovation into recruitment practices.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in 360-degree recruiting within financial services or corporate organisations.
• Experience delivering recruitment across multiple markets and functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, commercial acumen, and business awareness.
• Proficiency with sourcing technology, job boards, and social media platforms, including passive-talent engagement.
• Data-driven decision-making using recruitment metrics and insights.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English is essential.
