What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of commercial and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Source candidates, build talent pipelines, and evaluate candidate competencies.
- Coordinate with business teams, local People & Culture teams, and global advisory partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies.
- Support employer branding, learning and development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.
- Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends, tools, and technologies.
- Strong networking, communication, collaboration, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strategic, solution-oriented, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
