What you will do
- Direct the Health and Wellness Program and oversee care delivery for assisted living residents.
- Lead nursing and assisted living staff, including scheduling, daily assignments, training, and required in-service programs.
- Coordinate resident and family care conferences and act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff.
- Manage clinical labor costs, supplies, and other budget line items.
- Review resident assessments, evaluations, service plans, care plans, and clinical documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Assess prospective residents, conduct new resident orientations, support mock surveys, and provide 24/7 on-call clinical support.
Requirements
- Active RN license required.
- Experience managing clinical teams in a senior living or hospital setting.
- Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems.
- Ability to manage complex scheduling, care conferences, staff communication, and regulatory requirements.
- Must maintain required CEUs and state qualifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
