Focus on developing concepts from ideation to execution, identifying funnel factors that influence results, and building structured reports from testing data.

What you will do

Own the creative production cycle from trend discovery and concept development to tested advertising execution.
Produce creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.
Collaborate with designers on platform-specific visual and textual content.
Research user behavior and funnels to identify factors affecting creative performance.
Work with user acquisition, analytics, product, and B2B teams.
Analyze creative testing results and prepare structured reports for product and marketing teams.

Requirements

Experience developing creative concepts from initial ideation through final execution.
Ability to create and adapt advertising content for multiple traffic channels.
Understanding of user behavior, marketing funnels, and creative performance factors.
Ability to analyze testing results and structure findings into actionable reports.
Experience collaborating with designers, user acquisition, analytics, product, and B2B teams.
