Motion Designer (Gamedev)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: From €2,630/month gross, based on experience and competence.

What you will do

• Create video and motion content for game titles, new games in development, and global campaigns.
• Bring creative ideas to life through animation and short-form video production.
• Work with gameplay footage, game assets, typography, UI elements, and visual effects.
• Experiment with creative concepts and follow trends in gaming and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and marketing specialists.
• Track how creative work performs across digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong motion design, animation, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating video content for digital advertising, social media, or other marketing channels.
• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Performance marketing or user acquisition creative experience for mobile games.
• Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Knowledge of game engines such as Unity.
• Understanding of creative testing, A/B testing, and marketing performance metrics.
• Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and other digital content platforms.
