CRM Campaign Manager (iGaming, German Speaking)

Location: On-site in St Julian’s, Malta. Relocation support to Malta is available.

What you will do

• Build campaigns and customer journeys using CRM and CMS tools.
• Plan and execute gaming promotions, including configuration in supplier back-office systems.
• Write marketing copy, manage campaign assets, and launch ad hoc campaigns based on KPI performance.
• Manage and optimize automated customer lifecycle communications across channels.
• Create personalized bonus campaigns for targeted user segments and align communications with website content.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming or the regulated digital industry.
• Strong analytical skills for working with large volumes of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop ideas for digital campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Good German knowledge is desirable for communication with partners, candidates, and colleagues.
