Business Development Manager (Payments)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition in the LatAm payments space — building a pipeline from scratch, running active outbound, and closing deals from first contact to Go-Live.

What you'll do:
🔹 Build and manage your own pipeline through active outbound (LinkedIn, Telegram, email, cold outreach)
🔹 Work exhibitions, affiliate managers, agents/introducers, personal network
🔹 Own the deal end-to-end: negotiate terms, hand over to Compliance/Onboarding, support through Go-Live
🔹 Engage decision-makers (CEO, Head of Payments, CFO)

What we're looking for:
▪️ Experience in Payments/PSP, iGaming, Crypto or high-risk merchants
▪️ Understanding of Pay-in/Pay-out, settlement cycles, KYC/KYB/AML
▪️ Proven outbound sales track record and strong negotiation skills
▪️ Confident C-level communication
▪️ English B2+, Spanish is a plus
▪️ LatAm merchant network is a plus
