Payments Account Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage payment providers from commercial handover through onboarding and ongoing cooperation.
• Coordinate provider onboarding, including KYC, documentation, contracts, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain regular communication with payment partners and handle day-to-day operational requests.
• Work with Legal, Finance, and BizDev teams to move provider-related processes forward.
• Support payment-related cases involving reconciliation, settlements, exchange rates, and provider communication.
• Build expertise in LATAM markets, local payment methods, and payment provider specifics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar partner- or provider-facing operational role.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, documentation, approvals, or related partner processes.
• Understanding of online payments.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident communication with internal teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, Payments, PSP, Fintech, or Crypto.
