Sr Claims Research and Resolution (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Illinois; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage moderately complex to complex claims operations involving customer contact, claim investigation, and settlement.
• Research pending calls and claims to determine appropriate resolutions.
• Approve claim settlements for and against hirify.global.
• Coordinate settlements with insurance companies, healthcare providers, members, and collection services.
• Analyze variable factors independently and influence department strategy and technical approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of technical experience.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Must work remotely from Illinois.
• Dedicated, interruption-free workspace required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Self-provided internet service must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
