Senior Manager, Learning Content Developer and Storyteller (Learning Content/Instructional Design): Creating clear, engaging learning resources, digital modules, programme narratives, and knowledge materials for a global audience with an accent on storytelling, accessibility, content governance, and learner enablement. Focus on translating complex business and technical information into practical learner journeys, maintaining scalable content across Workday Learning and other platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Location: Inflancka office, Warsaw, Poland; hybrid mode
Salary: PLN 180,000–220,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Create and maintain learner guides, facilitator guides, workbooks, quick reference guides, FAQs, job aids, toolkits, knowledge articles, and campaign content.
- Translate complex business, technical, process, and policy information into clear, accessible resources for global audiences.
- Build digital learning modules using Easygenerator, Synthesia, and Articulate.
- Develop programme narratives, launch communications, learning nudges, scenarios, and reinforcement materials.
- Maintain learning repositories, documentation libraries, version control, naming conventions, and content governance standards.
- Partner with subject matter experts, programme owners, HR, HRIS, Compliance, facilitators, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve learning impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, content development, instructional design, communications, knowledge management, HR, or a related function.
- Strong experience creating, editing, and maintaining learner-facing materials.
- Hands-on experience with Easygenerator, Synthesia, and Articulate is required.
- Ability to translate complex information into concise, engaging, and accessible content and use storytelling techniques to improve learner engagement and retention.
- Experience working with subject matter experts, programme owners, facilitators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting content in Workday Learning or another learning management system.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, accessibility standards, localisation, or digital learning best practices.
