Senior Tax Manager (Crypto)

Location: Hybrid in Singapore or Hong Kong

What you will do

• Build and manage the global corporate tax structure across the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, the EU, and other regions.
• Review financial statements and tax returns to maintain a reasonable tax cost and support tax compliance.
• Manage tax cases, audits, regulators, and BIR filing deadlines.
• Advise business units on domestic and cross-border transactions and propose tax-efficient alternatives.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by implementing effective tax controls and policies.
• Assess the tax implications of business issues and pricing strategies in collaboration with other business units.

Requirements

• CPA or CPA-Lawyer qualification with a Certificate of Accreditation as a Tax Practitioner.
• At least 8 years of progressive tax experience, particularly in Big Four tax firms or large multinational companies.
• Recent tax-related experience within the last twelve months.
• Experience building corporate tax structures and managing tax compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, deadline-management, leadership, and personnel-management skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
