What you will do

• Source business development leads, key personnel, and promising early-stage startups in Korea and the APAC region.
• Research emerging technologies, market trends, and the Korean startup ecosystem.
• Build relationships with startups, scale-ups, corporate partners, government bodies, universities, and innovation clusters.
• Coordinate open innovation deal flow, startup evaluations, workshops, dealflow sessions, and partner meetings.
• Provide operational support through scheduling, event organization, CRM management, and assistance to vertical leads.
• Support the partnership lifecycle, from startup sourcing and evaluation to strategic collaboration with corporate partners.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field, preferably engineering or another STEM discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Strong interest in and understanding of the startup ecosystem and technology trends.
• Ability to conduct market research, manage information, and coordinate meetings and activities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a third language.
