PG Lab Technician (GC/ICP-MS)

What you will do

• Analyze raw materials, products, pure gases, mixtures, emission gases, and customer-requested samples using GC, ICP-MS, and other analytical equipment.
• Analyze products supplied to major customers, manage analytical data, respond to audits, and issue COAs for helium containers, tubes, and SCBA analysis.
• Support ASU sampler analysis for LOX, LIN, and LAR, and manage helium ISO and tube analytical data.
• Purchase and manage standard gases, process consumables, safety supplies, carrier gas, and related costs and documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain analyzers, perform gauge R&R, manage eCOA registration, and conduct regeneration and RSA solution add-fill activities.
• Monitor processes through SPC, identify defect root causes, implement preventive actions, and collaborate with Sales and QA on customer specifications and quality matters.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in laboratory analysis of industrial gases and related products.
• Ability to operate and maintain analytical equipment, including GC and ICP-MS.
• Ability to manage analytical data, issue certificates of analysis, and support audits and statutory inspections.
• Ability to perform safety duties, issue safe work permits, and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Onsite work in Orchang, North Chungcheong, South Korea.
