Senior Consultant in Energy and Utilities

Location: Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for energy and utilities clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Support teams by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Strong interest in the energy sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, result-oriented, and committed approach.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with readiness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
