Europe Warehousing Project Key User (SAP/WMS)

Location: On-site in Aspropyrgos, Athens, Greece; rotating work shifts, including night shifts, with up to 30% international travel.

Salary: €2,470 gross per month starting salary (€34,580 gross per year).

What you will do

• Support warehouse system implementation projects, including SAP and WMS upgrades.
• Participate in Site Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, trial cutovers, and post-cutover support.
• Act as the site point of contact for new technology implementations and user adoption.
• Identify workflow improvements, define change requirements, and coordinate enhancements with management and IT.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, and supply chain teams to align warehouse operations with organizational goals.
• Deliver training and workshops for end users and create documentation for SAP and WMS processes.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a BSc in a technical, engineering, science, or business discipline.
• Fluent or native English.
• Completed or permanently exempt from military service, where applicable.
• Prior knowledge or experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and warehouse management systems is a plus.
