Senior Planner (AI Data Centres)

Location: Full-time on-site at the Kvandal campus in Narvik, Norway for the duration of the project. Future projects may be located elsewhere in Norway, the Nordics, or Europe.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain project and master construction programmes for hyperscale data centre projects.
• Review and challenge General Contractor schedules against contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.
• Monitor progress, analyse critical paths and float, and identify schedule variances and emerging risks.
• Develop mitigation plans, recovery strategies, and what-if scenarios to prevent delivery delays.
• Produce programme reports for senior stakeholders and assess schedule impacts from design changes, variations, and acceleration measures.
• Coordinate planning outputs with project management, commercial, design, construction, consultants, and MEP teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant planning or scheduling experience, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of data centre construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning logic.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interrogate contractor programmes and challenge logic, sequencing, and durations.
• Strong analysis, reporting, and communication skills.
