What you will do

• Own the overall digital laboratory solution for the Diagnostics Platform.
• Define integrated system solutions spanning AI, data, IT, automation, and laboratory workflows.
• Lead the transformation from product-centric offerings to system-level solutions.
• Manage a cross-functional team covering AI and data, IT, automation, PMO, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Ensure architecture coherence and drive deployments from concept through scale.
• Deliver measurable improvements in laboratory efficiency, clinical outcomes, and business growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading integrated digital laboratory or diagnostics solutions.
• Ability to work across AI, data, IT, automation, and laboratory workflows.
• Experience managing cross-functional solution teams and coordinating ecosystem stakeholders.
• Capability to develop coherent system architectures and lead solution deployment at scale.
