What you will do

  • Own the overall digital laboratory solution for the Diagnostics Platform.
  • Define and drive integrated system solutions across AI, data, IT, automation, and laboratory workflows.
  • Lead the transformation from product-centric offerings to system-level integrated solutions.
  • Manage a cross-functional solution team spanning AI and data, IT, automation, PMO, and ecosystem partners.
  • Ensure architectural coherence and drive solution deployment from concept through scale.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in laboratory efficiency, clinical outcomes, and business growth.
