Post-Funding Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage a dedicated book of assets and serve as the primary point of contact for law firm partners.
• Obtain quarterly updates from law firms and verify the accuracy of account data.
• Negotiate account balance deductions at the conclusion of legal cases.
• Evaluate account performance against product standards and determine when escalation is required.
• Identify opportunities for new business and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling difficult conversations independently.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-office at our office location in Charlotte, NC.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience preferred.
• Strong ability to review and analyze data to render informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
