Salary: $31.99–$53.28 per hour

What you will do

  • Support the development and execution of change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct impact assessments and identify risks, resistance points, and areas requiring additional support.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align change initiatives.
  • Create communications for different audiences using email, intranet, presentations, and other channels.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
  • Track adoption metrics, evaluate interventions, and maintain change management documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • 1–3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
