Location: Auckland City Campus, Auckland, New Zealand; hybrid working with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements
Salary: NZ$114,400–NZ$154,800 per annum. Typical target range: NZ$122,501–NZ$140,000.

What you will do
- Lead marketing for the Campus Experience portfolio, including campuses, accommodation, facilities, services, events and student opportunities.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns, content and events from strategy and planning through execution and evaluation.
- Translate organisational objectives and audience insights into clear, engaging marketing activities.
- Use performance metrics and data-informed recommendations to optimise campaign and engagement outcomes.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and senior leaders.
- Contribute to a new marketing function and continuous improvement of services and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, content and events.
- Strong strategic marketing capability and audience engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities across diverse portfolios and complex stakeholder environments.
- Data-informed decision-making skills, including the use of insights and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills.
- Innovative mindset with experience improving processes, services or ways of working.
