Senior Investment Advisor - Institutional Asset Management

What you will do

• Deliver OCIO solutions to nonprofit organizations, defined benefit pension plans, higher education institutions, and corporations.
• Manage client accounts and investment portfolios in accordance with investment policy statements.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical asset allocation changes based on client needs.
• Provide actionable investment advice, market insights, performance reporting, and expertise in complex asset management strategies.
• Maintain and grow assets under management while supporting sales and new business development across Florida.
• Manage investment risks, follow hirify.global policies, and collaborate with investment professionals and specialists.

Requirements

• Typically, 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience serving institutional investment clients and managing liability-focused portfolios.
• Knowledge of alternative investment strategies, institutional investment vehicles, portfolio management, and financial modeling.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, critical thinking, investment consulting, and value-selling skills.
