Senior SAP Security Specialist (SAP)

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, or Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States; primarily onsite with approved remote work up to 2 days per week.

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize SAP security roles, authorization models, and user access controls.
• Administer SAP GRC Access Control workflows and monitor Segregation of Duties risks.
• Analyze access risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and improve SAP security governance and compliance processes.
• Coordinate access reviews, certifications, audit evidence collection, SOX compliance reviews, and remediation activities.
• Collaborate with business process owners, auditors, SAP functional teams, and external partners to validate requirements and approve access requests.
• Support SAP projects, upgrades, implementations, security testing, incident resolution, documentation, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• At least 5 years of SAP security administration experience, including SAP roles, authorizations, and user access controls.
• At least 3 years of experience administering SAP GRC Access Control or related compliance solutions.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or worker granted asylum or refugee status.
• Due to U.S. Government national security requirements, candidates must not be nationals of China or Russia unless also a U.S. citizen.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and independent judgment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Private Cloud, RISE with SAP, or SAP Fiori security.
• Experience with ControlPanelGRC, SAP Security or GRC certifications, and external audit engagements.
• Knowledge of internal controls frameworks, SOX compliance, Segregation of Duties risk mitigation, and authorization-change validation.
