Technical Solutions Specialist (Filtration & Purification)

Location: Diadema, São Paulo, Brazil; onsite at the Brazil office. Travel within the Americas is required up to 1–2 times per year.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process.
• Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable product specifications and technical solutions.
• Perform calculations, develop process designs, and select equipment aligned with customer needs and product positioning.
• Collaborate with clients and sales associates to confirm requirements and deliver process solutions.
• Apply process improvement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent mechanical or technical experience.
• 5–7 years of project experience in the energy transition, chemical, refinery, and/or oil and gas industries.
• Ability to collaborate across an organization and influence stakeholders directly and indirectly.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Fluent Spanish.
• Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels.
