Coda Engineer (Coda)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Coda docs using tables, formulas, views, buttons, automations, and dashboards.
• Build custom Coda Packs and integrate Coda with external SaaS platforms through REST APIs.
• Work with JSON, data transformation logic, data models, validation, and synchronization processes.
• Automate manual workflows, standardize processes with reusable templates, and optimize the performance of large Coda docs.
• Develop reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide user training and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Coda development or similar low-code platforms.
• Strong experience with Coda docs, formulas, tables, automations, REST API integrations, JSON, and data structuring.
• Experience designing scalable workflow systems, custom Coda Packs, and integrations with CRM, ERP, HR, or Finance tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or Python and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and attention to data accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or other low-code/no-code tools.
• Background in operations, automation, or systems design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
