What you will do
- Own the end-to-end licensing application cycle for new and existing providers.
- Streamline licensing workflows by identifying automation opportunities, optimizing process steps, and evaluating new tools.
- Develop SOPs for licensing in new states and for new provider types, then implement them across the team.
- Assist with managing and upskilling the contract licensing team.
- Track licensing metrics, report progress and roadblocks, and improve reporting quality.
- Manage licensing communications and provide direct support to Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists while collaborating with RCM, Payer Operations, Clinical Operations, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with state licensing processes and requirements for Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, or therapists.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across roles and teams.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and changing processes.
- Tech-savvy, flexible, adaptable, and interested in building processes from the ground up.
