Product Integrity Manager (Consumer Products)

What you will do

• Own and champion the 5-star product standard across new product development programmes.
• Lead quality input for EB0 build reviews and run pre-mass-production VEGA Hack sessions.
• Build predictive models using consumer validation and IHUT data to forecast in-market ratings.
• Define and improve testing plans covering performance, durability, safety, and consumer experience.
• Coordinate safety testing, regulatory compliance, certification, and external laboratory activities across launch markets.
• Own DFMEA quality and track mitigation actions through closure before TRA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product quality, product development, engineering, or consumer insights, ideally in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Working knowledge of DFMEA methodology, including reviewing and challenging failure-mode analysis and mitigation plans.
• Experience with safety testing, regulatory standards, and certification processes in at least one major market, such as the US, EU, or UK.
• Analytical and data-literate, with the ability to work with IHUT data and translate findings into engineering recommendations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder challenge, organization, and multi-programme management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading VEGA Hack sessions or equivalent pre-production quality events.
• Experience building or applying predictive quality models from consumer research or IHUT data.
• Claims development experience and knowledge of substantiation requirements.
• Multi-market regulatory experience in consumer electronics or home appliances.
