Senior UI/UX Designer (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within Ukraine; Ukrainian Private Entrepreneur status required. Monday–Friday shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Kyiv Time, including a one-hour break.

What you will do

• Own, scale, and maintain the Figma design system from scratch, keeping design resources reliable for development.
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for SaaS, enterprise/B2B, and data-heavy dashboard products built on ServiceNow.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights in resource-constrained environments.
• Recommend and adopt tools, including AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Claude for Design, to accelerate development and improve adoption and feedback collection.
• Automate compliance reporting, including VPAT and ADA reporting, and prioritize redesign projects based on findings.
• Create prototypes, mockups, wireframes, user guides, and one-pagers while validating design decisions with Product Owners, Product Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including building and maintaining design systems from scratch.
• End-to-end experience designing complex SaaS, enterprise/B2B platforms, and data-heavy dashboards.
• Independent UX research experience, including user interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to defend design rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced or fluent English is required for collaboration with US-based teams. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and front-end feasibility is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or applications built on similar platforms.
• Experience creating product documentation such as user guides and one-pagers.
• Familiarity with Sketch or Adobe products.
