Lead DevOps Engineer - 6 to 10 Years (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using automation tools.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Harness, and related delivery technologies.
• Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes platforms, including EKS and OpenShift.
• Develop Python, Bash, and Shell automation and implement Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability with Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot distributed infrastructure, networking, application, and deployment issues while improving security, scalability, resiliency, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of DevOps experience, including Linux administration and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing AWS cloud solutions.
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, or comparable tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift, Python, Bash, Shell scripting, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience; strong troubleshooting, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting financial services or retirement technology platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, platform governance, microservices, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Experience with application performance monitoring and site reliability engineering concepts.
• AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications.
