Accounting Intern

Location: Fargo, North Dakota, United States; on-site

Salary: $28 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily accounting operations and month-end close activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with SOX testing.
• Support audits and help maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to identify process efficiencies.
• Contribute to accounting projects involving automation and ERP systems.
• Complete a final report-out presentation to organizational leaders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Fargo, North Dakota.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
