What you will do
- Coordinate rigging equipment rental operations for film and television productions.
- Receive, quote, and process equipment orders, including add-ons, exchanges, sub-rentals, returns, and damaged or missing equipment.
- Coordinate customer deliveries, collections, equipment inspections, and production requests.
- Build effective working relationships with productions, crews, customers, vendors, and onsite operational teams at Bovingdon and Panattoni.
- Process purchase orders, negotiate with sub-rental and equipment vendors, and organize completed paperwork for billing.
- Resolve operational problems and support additional responsibilities assigned by the Rigging Manager.
Requirements
- Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple orders simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, vendors, customers, operational supervisors, and frontline crew.
- Ability to handle stressful and complex situations professionally and confidentially.
- Collaborative, confident, and resourceful approach with a can-do attitude.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Rental Tracker Pro.
- Experience in production support services within the film and television industry.
