What you will do
- Conduct protocol reviews and develop rater training methodologies, training materials, intervention methodologies, and supporting materials.
- Review clinical trial site data, identify issues and trends, and determine required interventions.
- Oversee quality control processes, assignments, completions, and clinical deliverables.
- Serve as the primary clinical representative in sponsor, client, and vendor interactions and contribute to sponsor presentations.
- Provide clinical guidance and feedback to raters and junior team members, including supervision of direct reports.
- Prepare, clean, transform, validate, and analyze clinical trial data.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience with psychiatric or neuropsychiatric populations and administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews.
- Experience training others on psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews.
- At least 3 years of experience with central nervous system clinical trials.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, stakeholder management, Microsoft Office, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
