What you will do

  • Collect, assess, and process adverse events, serious adverse events, and product quality complaints.
  • Perform case intake, triage, data entry, follow-up, and timely reporting to pharmaceutical clients.
  • Conduct source data verification, reconciliations, and quality checks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for pharmacovigilance and product complaint teams.
  • Deliver pharmacovigilance training, lead onboarding sessions, and coordinate monthly awareness initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain compliance records and documentation through DocuSign.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
  • Strong knowledge of EU GVP guidelines and adverse event, serious adverse event, and product quality complaint reporting processes.
  • Fluent English and Greek are required.
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance mindset, ownership, and accountability.
  • Proven ability to deliver and coordinate training.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or certification in pharmacovigilance.
