Onsite Merchant Support Specialist

Location: Onsite at LTN-2 Iron Mountain Unit 2, Symmetry Way, Pytchley, Kettering, NN14 1FQ, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes according to written SOPs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical location checks, and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Determine the root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Perform merchant-requested audits and resolve inventory-related requests through the ticketing system within a 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate operational updates and concerns to onsite and area leadership.
• Present weekly performance reports and follow food safety, compliance, traceability, and product-handling requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills required.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Ability to work independently onsite, manage priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand or walk continuously during an 8–10-hour shift or longer when business needs require.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and push or pull frequently.
