Location: Central, Northeast, or Southeast United States; travel up to 25–50% may be required.

Salary: $143,000–$196,700, $152,000–$209,000, $161,000–$221,300, or $178,800–$245,850 USD annually, depending on pay zone.

What you will do

• Lead and independently scope complex, multi-quarter initiatives for Healthcare & Life Sciences customers.
• Drive regional impact by contributing to booking targets and customer consumption goals.
• Navigate regulatory, market-specific, and cross-country complexities.
• Shape account strategies and lead sales of complex Professional Services and Training offerings.
• Build strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
• Coach junior Engagement Managers and participate in hiring activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings, with the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
• Thought leadership and growing recognition as an external industry expert.
• Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
• Ability to work in the Central, Northeast, or Southeast United States.
• Ability to travel up to 25–50% as required.
