Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, with the role based in the Warsaw office

What you will do

• Monitor production services continuously and help maintain 24/7 availability.
• Detect, investigate, and resolve infrastructure and application issues across first- and second-tier support.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and escalate them through Operations, Product, R&D, and Support interfaces.
• Develop, maintain, and document technical solutions, SRE activities, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux-based systems.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar tools.
• Basic monitoring experience and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• AI-driven mindset and experience using LLM tools.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 21:00; proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCP.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, SignalFx, CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with SQL, infrastructure as code using Terraform, distributed systems, containers, or Kubernetes.
